Shipping Policy


When will my order be shipped

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days from the time of purchase. Tracking numbers are sent via email at the time of shipment.

 

Additional Charges

The customer takes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Instacardist will not be held accountable for any customs fees incurred from imported goods. 

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Please ensure that your address is correct before completing your checkout. Instacardist will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you have trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office for assistance. 

Should your order return to us due to an incorrect address input (which can take up to a few weeks), you will be held responsible for the re-shipping charges.

 

Return & Exchanges

We will gladly refund in-store credits or exchange the good(s) within 21 days of purchase. Returned goods must be in its original condition, brand new and unopened. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the error is on our part. Do note that you will have to pay for any re-shipping charges. Please send us an email at contact@instacardist.com before returning our goods.

 

Cancellation of Order

Although highly unlikely, we will occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of stock or suspicion of fraud. We will contact you immediately with an explanation, should order cancellation be necessary. Instacardist reserves the right to cancel any order.
